ELM: Delerice, you’ve had the opportunity to be on The Steve Harvey Show with Delpha, describe what that moment felt like for you.
Being on the Steve Harvey show was definitely a life changing experience. As meeting Steve Harvey and appearing on his national television show opened many doors for us. Aside from doors being open, being featured on the show was a great deal of fun as the production staff really did roll out the red carpet for us, and Steve imparted such wisdom into us that day. The Steve Harvey show was our first major television show appearance, and since then we have been blessed to appear on several other national television shows. Our episode on the Steve Harvey show received such big ratings that we were invited back twice.

ELM: How has pageantry assisted in the many areas you are currently involved in?
Pageantry has helped me become the woman I am today in many different ways and it has truly enabled me to unlock a more confident polished version of myself. With all the interview training, it has helped me successfully coach and prepare men as well as women for interviews with major companies. It has also helped me in regards to branding and imaging consulting and coaching as while holding a title, you are expected to carry yourself in a certain manner while representing that system. I've learned a great deal through Pageantry, and also gained lifelong friendships through Pageantry. Pageantry also jump started my modeling career and I won my first modeling contract after winning my very first title through the Florida USA system.

ELM: Delerice, share with us the inspiration for the Proverbs 31 Wife Ministry.
I gave birth to the Proverbs 31 wife ministry after overcoming one of the hardest seasons of my life in relationships. After a failed engagement and enduring public shame, I asked God to prepare me for my God ordained spouse. After completion of this process, it would then become my Proverbs 31 wife Masterclass, and it shifted my life completely. After receiving my breakthrough, I wanted to help others obtain their breakthrough. I told God I wanted to help 10 women, however my ministry and Masterclass launched with 55 persons registered. I am now Mentoring, coaching and Spiritually covering over 400 women from all over the world in USA, Jamaica, Bahamas, Nigeria, Canada, South Africa, and the UK, and I am so grateful to God for the allowing my ministry to be a positive impact to women of all colors shapes, and sizes around the world. I have successfully matched couples, married women, and enabled countless, relationships and engagements. I have also helped women and men obtain restoration in failed relationships and marriages all through the leading of the holy spirit.

ELM: As a Global Shifter you wear many hats, how do you balance marriage and ministry?
Wearing many hats can become overwhelming if one isn't careful. Creating a healthy balance really does enable success. One thing that has helped me balance marriage and ministry is making uninterrupted time for my marriage, daughter, and family. Often times as leaders, some don't understand when we set boundaries. However, I have boundaries that allow me to have quality time with my family. God wants us to have our house in order, and if our home doesn't have our attention it's out if order. Although I can speak to my husband about my day as it pertains to pouring into others, I am careful not to bring my work home as ministry really is work. Making time for date nights and pillow talk is important and my husband and I don't miss a week. Our goal is to reconnect to each other every week. When you're intentional regarding connecting, it enables healthy communication and truly does allow your marriage to remain healthy and happy.

ELM: Please provide final advice on the importance of building healthy relationships.
I always tell my mentees, and spiritual daughters to build a healthy relationship it must consist of trust, communication, and some privacy. Although I don't believe a relationship status should be private, I believe the relationship itself should be private. Nobody should have access to your relationship other than your spouse, God, and a trusted counselor. Friends can often turn into gossip buddies, as they aren't always able to provide you with effect tools to maintain a healthy relationship. Also, when you give people access to your relationships you give them a voice in your relationship. With that said every couple argues and if you have included family and friends in your argument they may not be as forgiving. One of the most effective strategic tools I provide couples with as it pertains to communication is learning the importance of solving an argument instead of winning the argument. Your goal should never be to win an argument, but only to solve it by providing a solution to the problem. The last nugget I would provide is understanding that your fight is never with your spouse its us always with the enemy. Keep prayer in your relationship, and God will take care of your relationship.

ELM: Delpha Samuels tell us about yourself.
I consider myself a woman who wears many hats. I believe God has anointed me with a rare Marriage Ministry and Marketplace Anointing. I am the Wife of Apostle Glenton Samuels who I have the honor of serving as Co-Pastor and First Lady of Life FTL Ministries. I am mother of the most amazing six year old boy, Glenton Samuels III. I am an identical twin and we're affectionately known as the Barbie Twins. Together, we are the owners of Couture Lips Cosmetics. I am an actress and you can catch me on Amazon Prime in Loving Till It Hurts: The Movie and an all new movie, Bae Night. I am the first pastor to win Miss Florida international. I am also the owner of Queen's Academy and the Executive Director of the Florida Plus America Pageant.

ELM: What are some of things you enjoy about being an identical twin?
I truly believe being a twin is a blessing from God. I can truly say that you are born with a best friend when you have a twin. There’s so many things that I can say I enjoy about being a twin, but the one I enjoy most is our commitment to pray together every morning before we start our day.

We've had the opportunity to be on the Steve Harvey Show actually not once, but twice. I can definitely say it has been one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. Meeting Steve Harvey on a show with his twin daughters was a priceless moment for us.

ELM: Delpha, share with us the inspiration for ‘Unlocking The Queen Within Women’s Ministry’.
My inspiration for the Unlocking The Queen Within Women’s ministry really came from my old experiences in life. Many don’t know, but I went through a very bad divorce which left me so broken to the point where I lost myself. I was told to read the book of Esther and through reading the book of Esther, God would allow me to be healed. Not only was I healed, but God unlocked the queen inside of me. Through this, I gave birth to the Unlocking The Queen Within Women's Ministry.

ELM: As a Queen, you wear many hats. How do you balance marriage and ministry?
Marriage is a Ministry! It’s important to set healthy boundaries and prioritize. First, your personal walk with God and second, your personal walk with your spouse. Never forget why you got married, to glorify God.

ELM: What is one thing you would love others to know about you and why?
I have a passion to empower and pour into women. One of the ways I do this is through Queen's Academy. I focus on pageantry, etiquette and life coaching. Seeing my queens succeed bring me so much joy.

ELM: Please provide final advice on the importance of women embracing their inner queen.
The moment you embrace your inner Queen, you begin to see yourself through God's eyes. When we see ourselves through God's eyes, that's when we can truly become all he has created us to be.
